![]() Toll information is found on the website so it can be researched ahead of time: Had zero issues with the truck and would rent again in the future. Hope it adds some clarity for others as there was not much information on tolls back when I rented last year. To pay for tolls or to check if you have any simply go to: In the future I will just pay cash at the tolls as in the long run it is more convenient for me in the long run as it created a slight stress waiting for the bill all this time with fears of hurting credit if I missed the bill. I will say the U-Haul toll bill has always been on the back of my mind ever since July, which has caused a slight toll to my emotional/psychology as I heard horror stories where people would not get a bill until months or even a year later where it would be $300 due to U-Haul corporate taking too long to make payments and tack late fees from E-ZPass onto the customer. ![]() I received the bill through e-mail and the administrative fee was reduced to just $1 if I pay within the first week which I did right away. Thus I can't tell if it is true that the $30 administrative fee is for each toll or just all of them combined. There are 2-3 tolls that we drove through but they do not break down how many tolls it was, just one full rate for the tolls. I am still confused about the $30 administration fee per toll. We did not have a transponder so just drove through the tolls where E-ZPass takes a picture of the trucks license plate and sends a bill to corporate based on the recommendation of the U-Haul employee at check-out. I helped my GF move from DC to PA back in July 2020 and just finally received the toll bill this week in February 2021. I just wanted to share my E-ZPass Toll experience with U-Haul.
